Are you based in or near Glasgow or Manchester?

Fuel Poverty Action has established local hubs in these cities, and they are ready to welcome you!

If you are interested in taking local action on issues such as:

  • Energy justice – making sure people aren’t choosing between heating and eating
  • Warm homes – highlighting the right ways to improve energy efficiency
  • Climate change – making sure the transition away from fossil fuels doesn’t increase inequality, or
  • Building support for Energy For All

Contact our Organising Lead, Chia, on fuelpovertaction@gmail.com. She will put you in touch with your local FPA group, or others who want to start one!

Activities could include running campaigns, supporting individuals or a community to fight for their rights on an energy issue, joining local coalitions or building bridges between environmental groups and groups which are battling against poverty and other injustices.
